The privacy policies of this statement apply to the NetLineup LLC (the “Company”) services (the “Services”) available under the domain and any subdomains of www.netlineup.com (the "Site") or via our mobile application. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this policies contained herein. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Services. This Privacy Statement describes how the Company collects, uses, shares and secures the personal information you provide and that is provided by others on your behalf, including your sports league and teammates. The Company is referred to in this Privacy Statement as "we", "us" or "our". In this Privacy Statement, "you" or "your" means any person or entity using the Services. This Privacy Statement is effective on May 7, 2018 for all users.

NetLineup collects information regarding your sports team and associated league as part of the normal operation of our services. This information can include name, email address(es), phone number(s), tennis league ID number(s), physical address(es), birth date, match and practice schedule, match results, photos, and any additional information that you, your league, or your team captain may supply.

We automatically track certain information based upon your behavior when using our Services. This information does not identify and is not traceable to you personally, and is only used in aggregate form to do internal research on our users' demographics and behavior to better understand and serve you and our community. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is contained within our Services or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is contained within our Services or not), your computer browser information, and your IP address. We use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of the Services to help analyze our web page flow and measure promotional effectiveness. "Cookies" are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing our services. We offer certain features that are only available through the use of a "cookie". We also use cookies to allow you to enter your password less frequently during a session. You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, although in that case you may not be able to use certain features of our Services.

For fee-based Services, your payment is processed using PayPal merchant services. We do not store your payment information (such as card-holder name, card number, expiration date, CCV) on our servers or files. In the ordinary course of our business, we will use the contact information you provide us (email or phone number) to offer support for our Services. We may at times choose to notify you via email of additional services, which include, but is not limited to, product updates or other product-related information, and third party products or services which may be of interest to you. To limit your receipt of such messaging, you may “unsubscribe” from such emails by following the instructions to unsubscribe, contained in our email messages.

Team captains and/or other teammates may communicate with you via our Services, including email, phone, messaging, and our mobile application. It is the sole responsibility of you and your teammates to limit or remove you from distribution of this messaging by removing your contact information from our Services. Automated Reminder Notifications in the form of email or text communications may also be sent to you as reminders of upcoming matches, practices, or other team related events. If desired, you may opt to not receive such communications by deselecting reminder notifications on the Reminders page of your team site.

NetLineup does not share your information with any third party, unless legally required to do so wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on the Company. We may share aggregated use and demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personally identifiable information. For example, we may share with an advertiser that our Services average a certain number of visitors, have a certain number of registered teams, or have a certain number of users in a geographic area.

Our Services may from time to time contain links to other web sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other web sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and Services and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by our Services.

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures including, but not limited to, restrictive firewalls, access-based security restrictions, and appropriate encryption methods, including SSL encryption software on pages where payment information is transmitted. Physical access to systems and data is also secured.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) directly from children under age 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected PII from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that PII as soon as possible.
